A Self Paced Art Healing Course
Painting to Heal is a basic art healing course, teaching you 4 healing art processes to help you heal a particular issue that is causing you emotional pain.
This is a great beginners course but is also perfect for anyone who would like to consciously use their art to heal emotional pain.
I will show you four basic ways of using the art page to heal a wound, each one building upon the other. This is a four week course and all materials are downloadable.
For this course you will choose something you want to heal and carry it through the four weeks, applying each healing art process to it, giving it the attention and awareness it needs.
Although no one course can completely heal you, this course is meant to create awareness, help you shift and provide you with some tools you can continue to use on your healing art journey.

Week Four: Transforming, Seeing Through New Eyes
If painting intimidates you and you’d rather use magazine clippings to collage, or markers instead, You’ll need a glue stick or gel medium and a book to paste your images in. Digital Artists are welcome.
