Week One, Exploring our Fear

The next session of the Truth Project begins February 4th with new video content added to most sections of the course! Plus access to previous video content. This course is huge!

It is a wonderful course that can be taken again and again, each time going deeper into the healing themes. You can’t go into Fear week for example the same way each time, each time you know more than you did before, and yet you can still uncover hidden truths about yourself.

The Truth Project is a 7 week truth stirring journey into a deeper knowing. Using art journaling and journal writing as tools for powerful self discoveries, you will dive deeply into your truth with the support of life coach, survivor and artist, Stephanie Gagos and a small intimate healing community of women.

Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. The Truth Project calls you to awaken to your truth, all of it, from the darkest corners to the threshold of your light.

Retake Fee: $25 (for anyone who has taken the paid Truth Project I before)

Regular Fee: $65

Payment Plan

A two installment payment plan is available for $35 each installment, the course is slightly higher due to the extra fees for processing two payments instead of one. To sign up with a payment plan, do the following:

Once you pay your first installment you are registered for the course and will receive an invite a few days before the course.

Please specify in your email when you would like to make the 2nd payment. It is normally within 2 weeks of the first payment, but if you need it spread out more, let me know. Maximum is 3-4 weeks.

You will receive an invoice on the date we have agreed upon.

You will receive an invitation to the Healing Truth Sanctuary if you are not already a member and an invite to the Truth Project I Revised Group a few days before the course opens where you will have some pre-course activities.

The Truth Project is a 7 week truth stirring journey into a deeper knowing. Using art journaling and journal writing as tools for powerful self discoveries, you will dive deeply into your truth with the support of life coach, Stephanie Gagos and a small intimate community of truth seekers. This course is geared toward women recovering from childhood wounding.

Your relationship with yourself is the most important relationship you will ever have. The Truth Project calls you to awaken to the truth of your past, present and who you truly are underneath the story of what happened.

Each Week You will receive:

A PDF with the art prompt and journaling prompts

A coaching/art video (in which I share my process)

Extra new art videos (most weeks will now have two to three art videos)

What you will need:

High Speed Internet Service

A good browser like Firefox or Google Chrome

A laptop or computer

A free Vimeo account if you want to download the videos

Adobe Reader to read and download PDF’s

A camera and scanner so you can upload your artwork and share

Some basic art supplies….

A composition notebook or moleskine cahier or art journal of your choice (if you already have an art journal..you can use it for this course. Having a separate one is not required)

Any of the following: markers, color pencils, acrylic paint, water color crayons, water color paint

Gesso

Collaging elements

Gel Medium to glue pages together and collaging elements, should you choose to use collage

An open and willing spirit

Time. Time to spend with your prompts, journaling and integrating. This is quiet sacred time free of distractions

(You do not need to know how to draw or consider yourself an artist or writer to participate. I can’t stress this enough.)

In this course you will:

*Uncover truths about your wounding and your light through art and writing

*Join a private room for course members only and share your process, pages, insights, questions, story.

*Support from me and feedback on your process/pages

Although participating is optional, it is highly recommended and in fact is part of the healing process. Allowing your truth to be seen and heard is part of embracing all of you. Letting others witness you helps you heal shame and fear. People who share get a lot more out of the course than those who choose not to. You will not be judged either way. I am here to support you and can do so privately as well during the 7 weeks of the course and during the catch period.

Please note this is not an art technique course…this is an self exploration and healing course.

All members are required to agree to strict confidentiality. 

2 month payment plans available/total cost is a few dollars more ($70 with 2 payments of $35) to cover extra fees.

Participating in the first part of The Truth Workshop led by Stephanie Gagos was truly a life changing experience for me. Stephanie led the group through a series of projects and discussions which helped uncover truths that I have kept hidden away throughout my entire life.  As the facilitator Stephanie created a safe, supportive and nurturing environment that encouraged us to share and explore these memories and to begin the healing process.  Stephanie created projects that were thought provoking and enabled each individual to work through their issues privately as well as giving us the opportunity to be supported in safe and respectful group setting.  I am looking forward to the second part of this workshop.
