28 Days of Truth, Art and Healing [entry-title permalink="0"]

I was inspired today by Tracy Verdugo’s post on joining in on Flora Bowley’s Blog Love Affair.

I’m not really good at consistency, especially when I give myself a structure. Don’t get me wrong, I get a lot done, and its pretty amazing everything I’ve done in the last year, but I don’t like structure, I don’t like plans that are too rigid. So when I read Tracy’s post about kind of being the same way and still wanting to commit to 30 days of blogging, I thought, if she can do it, I can do it!

So here I am.

I will be blogging on truth, art and healing..life, love and joy, all of it as it arises.

I’m closing the comments option because I don’t want to pay attention to how many comments a post gets and having that influence my next post in any way.

It feels like the perfect thing to do.

If you would like to share something with me about a post, feel free to message me on Facebook or email me at sgagos@aol.com

For today, I leave you with some of my latest paintings from my Painting to Heal class..I am working on my relationship with my body with the intention of becoming more in tune with my body.

Some of the emotions I’m moving through are disappointment and regret at how I have not truly taken care of my body in the ways it needs and deserves and the her-story surrounding that. I’m going to write my story with my body for week three of the course and am beginning to allow myself to go back and look at where it all began..it’s an interesting and vulnerable place to be. (I work through all of my new courses right alongside my students, it helps keep me tuned into the process.)  I’ll share bits of that with you in the coming days.

Much Love, Stephanie
